Melanie Chalhoub

Melanie is the Assistant Retail Manager at Keen Bank and provides over a decade worth of sales, customers service and customer relations experience. She is responsible for building relationships with personal and business customers to be their banking partner. She assists customers with answering any questions and provides superior customer service throughout their entire banking experience. Her responsibility is to make customer’s lives easier and help with establishing the optimal banking experience—from opening an account to switching banks and establishing a new relationship at Keen Bank.

Melanie pursued a career in banking because she enjoys the long-lasting personal relationships she creates with customers. She embraces her role fully to helping customers achieve their goals in all stages of life.

In her spare time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her horse, traveling, attending concerts being with family and serving her community.
