Request a Donation

Keen Bank is always looking to do our part and give funds to organizations that make the most impact in the communities we serve. If you would like to request a donation from Keen Bank, we kindly ask that you fill out a donation request form and include a completed W-9* for consideration. Although Keen Bank is unable to support every request, we strive to give funds to as many organizations possible that meet our guidelines and makes an impact in the communities we serve. 

Donation Guidelines:

  • Organizations requesting financial support must complete a donation request form and include a W-9 for consideration
  • Organizations must be in a community or a surrounding community that Keen Bank serves

The following are not eligible to receive donations from Keen Bank:

  • Individuals who are raising funds for personal activities, excluding benefits
  • Requests that are controversial that pose a conflict of interest to Keen Bank
  • Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, religion, age, color, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation or veteran status
  • Contributions to events or activities that have already occurred

In an effort to support our communities, employees and customers, Keen Bank will take into consideration organizations and solicitors that have a current banking relationship with Keen Bank.

 
Completed request forms can be dropped off at any Keen Bank location or emailed to donationrequests@keen.bank.
 
*A W-9 may be obtained at www.irs.gov.
