Steve Graff

Steve provides 39 years of lending experience. His role as Vice President of Commercial Lending allows him to work with commercial customers on their borrowing needs and assist with proper loan structures, business plans and projections and finding customers the right fit for various loan products. Steve feels fortunate to have worked with many excellent commercial and consumer customers over the past three decades, helping them achieve their dreams and goals.

Steve is a board member for the Southern Minnesota Wrestling Officials Association and was in the 2025 induction class of Region 1 Wrestling Hall of Fame. He is a 20-year member and volunteer for the Waseca Lions Club and Owatonna Knights of Columbus and is the current President of Maplewood Terrace Homeowners Association. Steve was a member and chaired the Owatonna Hospital Board during the time of deliberation on building a new hospital and was selected in 2003 to officiate the Minnesota High School League State Wrestling Tournament. He has continued officiating every year since.
