Using online banking and the Keen Bank mobile app, you have the ability to easily control your debit card using your dashboard. If you don't see your card displayed on your dashboard, it's easy to add it using the Organize Dashboard feature within the app.
How do I make my card inactive?
If you suspect fraudulent activity or misplaced your card, using card controls gives you access to make your card inactive. This means that you can lock your card temporarily.
By selecting the toggle switch after the card name will allow you to switch your card from active to inactive. Cards marked as inactive will deny any transactions made on the card, however, recurring transactions may still go through as well as deposits.
How do I report my card lost or stolen?
If you have misplaced your debit card or it has been stolen, you can permanently disable the card by marking it as Lost/Stolen. Please be aware that once this is done, the card can not be reactivated. You will need to contact Keen Bank at 507.835.2740 for a replacement card.
How can I add a travel notice to my debit card?
Setting travel notices helps to alert the fraud center if they detect your debit card is being used outside of your normal area. It's easy to add travel notices from your online banking or Keen Bank mobile app using the Dashboard control or Settings menu under your user profile photo. Once you select Travel Notices, enter your destination and dates you will be traveling and then which card(s) you plan to travel with. Once your notice is set, you will receive an email confirmation with details.
