You choose the speed that fits your budget. While free standard transfers are still an option, a Rapid Transfer carries a small fee** (up to 1.75% or a $0.50 minimum per transaction) for near-instant delivery.*
Set Up Rapid Transfers
Using online banking or use the Keen Bank mobile app and select Transfers from the menu. There will be two options to make a transfer—Rapid Transfer and Standard Transfer. Select Rapid Transfer. To move money between external accounts faster by using your eligible debit cards, select Add a Debit Card.
Enter your card information. Please note: The information on both your Keen Bank debit card and external debit card MUST match exactly for the transfer to be set up correctly. If you receive an error, it may be because the debit card information entered is not an exact match.
*Rapid transfers are typically completed within a few minutes but can take up to 48 hours.
**Small Fee and Near-Instant Delivery. There is a 1.75% fee ($0.50 minimum) when sending funds to an external account via debit card. Fees are not counted towards the daily limit. Daily limits are refreshed at 12:00 am. CT. Fund availability may vary depending on the receiving financial institution.
