Dawn Roiger

Dawn began her career in 2004 as a personal banker and loan officer before transitioning to loan processing as a real estate and commercial loan processor. Some of Dawn’s key roles include file reviews, compliance reviews, software maintenance and updates, as well as staying current on regulations and assisting the loan processing team to make programs and processes as efficient as possible. Dawn provides excellent customer service and can assist customers when their lender is not available to ensure they have someone they trust to talk with and ask questions. She enjoys assisting the lenders to help customers achieve their goals.

Dawn volunteers for local organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Greater Mankato Area United Way and Junior Achievement. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her son, Jack, and English Springer Spaniel, Sir Wilford Brimley. Dawn also enjoys gardening, construction projects around the house, photography and travel.
