Meet Dawn
Universal Banker
Dawn joins Keen Bank with 30 years of customers service expertise along with experience in accounting and sales. Prior to banking, Dawn worked in international sales for SPX/Bosch and starting her own business, Star Catering. Dawn strives to provide the ultimate customer satisfaction—listening to their needs and providing the right solutions to meet their goals. She makes it a top priority to help and feels that if a customer walks away with a smile and feeling like their needs have been met, it’s worth every effort she has made to help them. Dawn pursued a career in banking to enhance her skills and knowledge in the business world. She values the family-owned atmosphere with opportunities for growth and supporting the community.
Dawn is a graduate of Owatonna High School and was named High School Woman Athlete in 1985. She received a full scholarship for fast pitch softball at Austin College in Minnesota. She also obtained her Minnesota Catering License. Dawn currently serves on the board as a leader and speaker for Celebrate Recovery and has volunteered for several organizations in the Owatonna community including Junior Achievement, Feed the Children and Community Pathways.
In her spare time, Dawn spends her time cooking, catering, water aerobics, hunting, reading, crocheting, watching movies and playing games. She has two sons and many relatives in the area and enjoys time with family and friends.
